The Challenge of accommodating maximum staff in an accommodation, was successfully achieved while designing and developing the Staff accommodation in Al Quoz for First Security Group with a total built-up area of 375,000 sq. ft. The accommodation provides all the comfort and facilities to staff in a very planned LG+G+2 Construction.

We constructed an ambulance complex for the Dubai Government, which includes state of the art facilities made to the government and international guidelines for ambulance facilities construction with a G+6 construction.

The new high-tech Hatta Border Port Crossing complex, linking the UAE and Oman, is an automated facility to help ensure ease of vehicular movement between the two countries. The project covers an area of 3,136 square meters.

More than 155,000 people use the Hatta crossing every month to travel between the UAE and Oman so we had to create a building that was sustainable and also included all the MEP works to ensure that it provided all the requisite technology to be able to operate as a self sustaining building in a remote boarder area.

Construction of a multi story Car Storage can be a difficult exercise with many approvals and permits required in the United Arab Emirates. We successfully constructed the Multistory Al Awir Car Storage with Basement + Ground + 4.

We have been involved in the development and construction for several government housing projects, working with the respective UAE Ministries and directly with the Rulers of the UAE in respect to these projects. The 232 villas constructed in Oud Al Muteena provide versatile family style living residences for government employees with a G+1 construction.
